Description of problem: After entering the login data in the login mask in the secure area, the following text appears on the screen: "Login unsuccessful. Please enter a valid username and password." Cause: The password and/or the user number were entered incorrectly. Description of problem: You can only save the document from the invoice overview in the secure area in the "Digital Invoices" menu, you cannot open it. Cause: The document is either a PDF or TIF file. Please check whether Acrobat Reader or a TIF Viewer is installed on your computer.
